Not that good.... price for drinks to high and terrible taste, salsa ok...food soso: [ mall restaurant]

First time there. Really good mexican food.

Best service, fast and friendly, food is good, too!

Waiter messed up my friends order. He didn't make it right and still charged her.

Food was awful. My husband got sick and they still charged us for his food. Very rude people. They didn't even offer to make him something different, they just kept asking if they could box it up for us. We won't be back

The food was great, huge portion size for a good price, I got the Texas burrito, it was probably 12inches long and a pound and a half of food. Tasted so good.

Took 20 min to get a table, expected good food but such a disappointment. Waited 15 minutes for our check after finishing, no one would come back to our table, we had to go up to counter and have our check tallied. The food and service are equally bad👎 👎 👎

Food and drinks were great but our server seemed more interested in watching CNN and rolling silverware than refilling our drinks.

The waitress was very rude. She had attitude the whole time. Made fun of a few of the people at our table. The man who rung us up was very positive and very nice. Very overpriced for what you get. Tortilla were soggy and wet & she tried to charge us for some we didn’t order. When we told the waitress we didn’t order them she continued to argue and even rolled her eyes at us she had the worst attitude. I won’t be coming back.

The food was average, but the restaurant was very expensive. I would recommend it if your pockets were deep.

So much delicious food for the money. Good, friendly service too. Food was hot and arrived quickly.

The service was really slow and the waiters were really rude they didn’t ask us about if our food was ok and the table across us they kept going to that table and the food was really sweet I will never come here again.And the food was really salty.And a person got a refill of water and they took used water and put it back into the clean water.

Female owner very rude. All servers have always been great. Unfortunately, our group refuses to return because of her and her alone.

We ordered burrito Mexicans. What I read on the menu was the buyer could choose either chicken or steak when ordering a burrito. I did not see any mention of an up-charge for choosing steak. When the bill was presented to us there was a 4 dollar

Normally I really think this place is pretty good. Not tonight. Service was miserable, she talked to us, took our drink orders than took 15 minutes to come back. Two tables around us got served faster even though they sat down 5 or so minutes after us. We also found a hair in our chips.I like this place normally, but tonight was not that night. It'll be a while before I go back.

Good Customer service, its texmex, not authentic mexican food, but good price for alot of food. One fajita order is enough to feed 2 people.

This place was rough. I've been here once before and it was fine but tonight was awful. Our waitress (I can't remember her name) barely talked to us except to ask what we wanted to eat (and when she did she did it quite rudely) she all but threw our straws at us and we had to ask someone else to bring us chips and salsa. The cheese was watery and they charged me seven dollars for four extra shrimp. The only good thing about this place was the man that rung us up. He was very talkative and funny. You might need to look into finding a new waitress, though.

My boyfriend and I came here just for a couple of beers. The waiter sat down chips and salsa at our table, like always. We didn’t ask him to, he just did because that’s the norm, right? And we told him we were only drinking beers. He failed to tell us that they charge you for chips and salsa if you don’t purchase food. I have never in my life had to pay for chips and salsa at any Mexican restaurant. And the fact that he gave us the chips and didn’t ask us if we wanted them makes it even worse. We will not be back.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but this is the one trip out of many here that I’ve decided to leave one. Not only do they overcharge on their food, but they refused to give tortilla bread unless I wanted to pay extra for it for a meal that I paid $11 for (side of queso with chips and cheese rice). Also, they charge a to go fee as well that they don’t inform you about for a future heads up.

Love this place. Favorite Mexican restaurant in town.

The most consistently pleasing Mexican restaurant in Cleveland. Service is always fast and the food has never disappointed. Been coming here at least a decade.

Nice far a quick meal. I don't eat Mexican but what I had was good. Server was very nice. Place was clean.

Wonderful restaurant, great food and exceptional staff

Its a piss poor service, incorrect order several times, sercer dont have no clue what is corn or flour tortilla. Just generally poor service tonight. To top it off, my fajita had 8 shrimp in it, a quarter of a quarter piece of onion because I can see all the metal of my plate and a pitiful amount of green pepper. Not returning.

Fast and friendly service, and the food is absolutely 11/10!😋
